  • How do I get live chat working on my website?

  • Do I have visibility of the chats?
Of course! All chat transcripts can be sent directly to your email or if you like you can have access to the live chat and read it thoroughly. 
 
  • How do agents answer questions about my business?
We'll train our agents on your business and questions that are most frequently asked by visitors. We'll have a demo week where we start answering the incoming questions under your supervision. We will not go live until you're comfortable for us to do so.

  • What if the agent doesn't know the answer?
There will be a workflow between us so when this happens, we're prepared. For example, if the agent doesn't know the answer, the chat can be escalated immediately to the nominated person mentioned in the workflow.

  • Is the information about my business confidential?
Our client's privacy is important to us. We have NDA (None Disclosure Agreement) which will be executed between you and us. We shall not disclose your data except as compelled by law in accordance or as expressly permitted in writing by you.
  • What's included in your monthly cost?
Fully managed live chat service, live chat software, assigned local operations manager, reports and insights. All packages include weekends and holidays.
